Annual Equipment Insurance

Annual Equipment (Amateur Photographer/Videographer)

This policy provides 'All Risks' material damage cover specifically tailored to meet the needs of the Amateur Photographer/Videographer. As an Amateur, no income is derived from your photography/videography, this policy is designed for the keen enthusiast.

• Photographic & Video Equipment (including Computer Equipment)
• All Risks (inc. Accidental Damage, Theft)
• New for Old - items will be replaced brand new with no deduction for wear and tear
• Theft from unattended vehicles
• UK wide cover as standard
• Maximum total £10,000

Annual Equipment (Semi-Professional Photographer/Videographer)

The Semi-Pro policy is tailored to meet the needs of the Photographer/Videographer who works in another profession but also works on productions part-time. The policy takes into account shooting on location and provides public liability insurance as part of the package, meaning comprehensive cover for shoots.

• Photographic & Video Equipment (including Computer Equipment)
• Public Liability - £1million Sum Insured
• All Risks (inc. Accidental Damage, Theft)
• New for Old - items will be replaced brand new with no deduction for wear and tear
• Theft from unattended vehicles
• UK wide cover and up to 45 days world-wide as standard
• Annual World-wide optional
• Maximum total £12,000

Annual Equipment (Media Professional)

This policy is specifically created to fit the media professional or production company. Cover is provided for any location in the UK and can provide cover with no upper limits on the amount you wish to insure. Features of this policy include:

• Any Media Equipment
• All Risks (inc. Accidental Damage, Theft)
• UK wide cover
• Annual World-wide optional
• No limits on equipment values

Short Period Hired in Equipment

Any hired technical equipment over a short period can be insured such as film, photographic, video, musical instruments, sound recording, post production, PA, lighting, editing, Cover is also applicable to event equipment comprising of safety barriers, staging, portable toilet facilities, mobile offices, generators and marquees.
