As a standard feature of our media insurance package we cover all technical equipment that is used on any video, film or media production for any location in the UK, EU or World-Wide.

We can arrange insurance for both owned equipment and anything hired in for your production for any short period that you require.  This means that should you be renting equipment for a particular shoot and only need short term film insurance we can provide cover to to suit your needs.

Insurance for Hired in Equipment (short period)

Any hired technical equipment over a short period can be insured such as film, photographic, video, musical instruments, sound recording, post production, PA, lighting, editing, Cover is also applicable to event equipment comprising of safety barriers, staging, portable toilet facilities, mobile offices, generators and marquees.

• Cover available for theft from unattended vehicles, including overnight coverage.
  
• Alternative hire costs – Limit of £30,000 or 15% of replacement value.
  
• Continuing hire charges – Limit £50,000.
